• You will NOT be charged a diagnostic fee if you choose to proceed with a repair.

 A quick Hard Drive check is done to verify integrity of parts. The PC or Mac is then erased and Operating System restored to a stock new out of the box state. PC will be turn key ready for use.

• NO Data is being kept in this package and information is fully erased!
• This charge is strictly for labor, any spare parts needed are excluded from this price.

This package includes a backup of your Data. (if recoverable) A diagnostic is performed, then a full erase and new install of the operating system. Your data is then placed back on the PC or MAC. This ensures optimal performance and a clean virus free environment. Your apps if not specified and or provided license key given. will not be reinstalled.

• Additional fees may apply for parts and un-foreseen labor charges. You will be advised ahead of time.

Laptop will be disassembled in order to retrieve part numbers from the broken screen. This ensures the most accurate match and affordable price on a replacement part.

• This service charge is for labor only. 
• We do not work on glued in screens and or laminated glass. this will be advised at check-in.

Service involves a full tear down of the laptop. A full DC jack replacement being soldered in to replace the old broken jack. (Labor cost only, additional costs for parts as needed.)

 This service will include a sit down with a technician to go over the budget and needs. A parts list will be created for you to purchase and the custom PC built. The custom PC will be programmed with a operating system for you.  Upon delivery the PC will be turn key ready to use.

• A $50 deposit will be collected upon initial consultation. If you choose NOT to build this 50$ charge is kept and non refundable.

Single file recovery for college students. Formatted camera memory cards. Physically Broken USB drives.

• A USB drive will need to be provided to transfer data to and or a option to have a google drive account provided for free with your data on it.

Data is recovered from a working computer, virus infected or otherwise functional PC or MAC.

• Customer must provide a Harddrive or Memory card for backup.

Data is recovered from a Non working PC or Mac. This includes no power, clicking drives, Erased Hard drives ETC.

• Customer must provide a Harddrive or Memory card for backup.

This will include sourcing a part, the labor of install, soldering and calibration. (labor charge only)
